Chinese porcelain mai-ping form vase with standing rim over a bulbous shoulder tapering to a flared foot. The overall decoration is finely executed cobalt blue delineation of the traditional "tea house" design.

There are two narrow horizontal firing cracks in the glaze at the waisted foot of the vase.

China, fourth quarter 1700's.

Condition: Firing cracks in the glaze but in good overall condition. Wear commensurate with age and use.
