Dimitri Romanovski was an early modernist and this early oil on canvas rendering of a botanical specimen single blooming white tea rose is characteristic of his botanical paintings.

The original description is affixed to the back of the work. It reads:

Oil on Canvas. Measuring 20" by 16"

Condition: The work has been professionally surface cleaned, remounted to a museum grade stretcher, and re-framed in a custom gold leafed bevel cut frame.
