Octagonal porcelain deep platter decorated in the traditional Chinese tea house motif with a Nanking arrow border in underglaze cobalt blue. A fine firing line appears on the underside, and glazing chips appear along the rim.

China, made for the Western trade, early 1800’s.

Condition: A fine firing line appears across the piece and glazing chips appear along the rim. Wear commensurate with age and use.
