American Neoclassic rectangular frame pier mirror of turned half columns with carved lamb’s tongue terminals and blocked corners encasing a four petal floret. The vertical half columns are separated by reeded half turnings which frame the center of the looking glass. The frame is finished in its original gilt gesso and period looking glass. Eastern white pine secondary wood.  Attributed to the Isaac Platt studio, based on other labeled examples.

Condition: Good overall condition. Wear commensurate with age and use.
