Walking Woman by Harold Altman (1965)
Engraving on paper from Altman's series of works centering on life in Central Park, New York City. The composition is dominated by the large stand of trees in the background and a lone figure of a woman traversing the scene below the foliage at the bottom of the frame. The work has been mounted in an archival deep bevel mat and framed in a cross banded crotch mahogany frame.
