This is a large and detailed needlepoint work depicting a jungle scene with assorted tropical birds, monkeys, and an antelope standing in a grove of trees with a leopard dominating the foreground. The colors are in muted tones of greens, reds, blues, browns, and yellow. The work has been recently treated, conserved, and repaired for losses in the needlework. Three rings have been fitted to the top edge for hanging on a wall.

Condition: Losses and damage have been professionally repaired. Woven backer is in delicate condition. Hooks have been added for wall mounting. Marks and wear commensurate with age and use.
