Black painted and gilt banded steel dispatch box with interior fitted for writing. The case has a lock, brass reinforced corners, and the sides are mounted with cast brass bail handles. The interior is painted celadon green and is mounted with a cast Jubilee seal of the manufacturer. The case is mounted on a custom forged iron stand.
