Pair of cast brass, engine turned, French Empire period candlesticks. The pear shaped candle shaft are framed by beaded reel turnings and an engine turned knob above a raised engine turned circular base. The shaft supports an urn form candle cup with flared rim.

France, circa 1800-10.

Condition: The candlesticks are in fine original condition. Surfaces have been cleaned and polished. Wear commensurate with age and use.
