Spring loaded cylinder shaft oil lamp candlestick in stamped brass on a weighted circular domed base. The candlestick top has a reticulated brass shade gallery fitted with a translucent green opaline blown glass bubble shade. 

France, circa 1875-1900.

Condition: Metal surfaces have been cleaned and polished. The top lip of the glass shade has a small chip (see photos for detail). Wear commensurate with age and use.
