A stoneware sugar bowl in a putty color with fine smear glaze. The double pistol grip handles flank the impressed floral and shell motif covering the surface of the bowl and cover. Unmarked.

Staffordshire, England, circa 1830.

Condition: Wear commensurate with age and use.
