Pair of English cast brass beehive candlesticks, 1830
Pair of cast brass English Georgian beehive candlesticks on square bases with cut corners. The waisted pedestal is peened to the inverted conical bee hive shaft below a diamond faceted knob below an urn form candle cup with bobeshe. The candlestick shaft is fitted with an internal push up candle ejector.
Birmingham, England, circa 1830.
Condition: Both candlesticks are in fine original condition. Wear commensurate with age and use.
