English George III cast brass candlestick on square base (1790)
George III Neoclassic cast brass candlestick peened to a square stepped dome base. The pear shaped candle shaft rises to a flared bobeshe. The internal candle shaft is fitted with a push up candle ejector.
Birmingham, England, circa 1790.
Condition: There is a slight list to the candle shaft but the candlestick is in otherwise fine original condition. Wear commensurate with age and use.
