Fall Winds by Greg McHuron (c. 1970)
Tightly cropped landscape view of pines and aspen trees awash in autumnal yellows and reds, paired against a deep blue twilight sky. Born in 1945, McHuron graduated with a degree in art from Oregon State University and studied extensively with landscape artist Conrad Schwiering. His work is on permanent display at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson Hole Wyoming.
