Hand colored lithographic portrait of "O-Poth-Le-Yo-Ho-Lo," a Creek Chief & speaker of the Councils, after the oil on canvas portrait by Charles Bird King. The lithographic portrait is from McKinney & Hall's "History of the Indian Tribes of North America,” octavo edition, published 1848-55. The bottom of the plate is marked “No. 34” on the left side, and “RICE, RITTER & Co. Publishers” on the right. The work has been professionally cleaned and float mounted on a ready-to-frame mat.
